I have tried searching the forums but I was unable to find answers to the following questions.

1) For photos, I have about 15 (from maybe 8-10 different events). I know roughly when they were taken (month, year) but not exact dates. Is it okay to put August 2008 instead of 20 August 2008?

2) Do I need to sign and date every addendum (like addresses, how we met, previous employment)? Or can I just paper clip it to the form?

Thanks!

1 - Up to 8 photos are enough. It is okay to put mm/yyyy format ( if you dont remember the date ).

2 - Just paper clip it to the form. Add the affidavit for your application. Read the guides on VJ to get familiar with your process.

What is your evidence of meeting in person in last 2 years. I see your photos are quite old.

Naah, I don't think you need to mark the photo's with date. My wife didn't and she took a album with her. Even though many would say (or acutally) that you are not allowed to take an album with you (and take them in clear plastic envelop or folder), but she squezzed it inside and they took a look all the pictures. Even though the dates weren't marked, but they were in the album by different events. So for example, the first 20 were from the wedding, next 20 were from reception, another 20 from xxxxx another 10 from yyyy and another x from zzzzz. They may or may not ask few questions looking at the pictures, but that was the extent of it.

For the other addendumbs, I don't think you will need to e that detail and paper clip would be just fine
