Really? Who was a Republican governor of Kentucky after reconstruction and before 2003? when was the legislature controlled by Republicans after reconstruction and before 2003?

The south was the Democratic strong hold for almost a hundred years. Nixon did have a southern strategy and that was for the GOP to start usurping the Socialist causes that the Democrat party was well into. It is how now the GOP and Dems are pretty much the same. They both tout the Socialist mantra. There is really no difference between the two parties as a whole.

The Dems are the home of the KKK to this day though. It is a strange bedfellow as most minorities endorse the Dems. I laugh when I hear people from the Dems call the GOP racist. I know the south well and anytime a politician has been outed as a KKK member it is always a Dem. People love free stuff and will rid themselves of freedom to get what they deem is free

The point I object to is the slandering of people for made up stuff.

Considering Race or how to appeal to certain demographics is not something Obama objects too, in fact he is the only president to officially target races by name, it's bold and revealing but not "racist" IMO.

Please. I travel extensively all over this country and in the north and northeast is maybe the most racists I have ever seen anywhere in this country. So get off it. Ask this question of any of the two major parties voters and it would have been the same. It also has to do of where they ask the questions. Majority of the area in the south anywhere will not feel the same way but I know of some areas where if you ask the same question the numbers will be the same or more. Both parties are courting the same voters to their side. We have been getting the class warfare so welcome to the race card. There will be more of the same. It is all a deflection. Obama the Socialist is trying to wiggle out of the high gas prices. A soldier killing a lot of civilians. Mediocre jobs numbers last time and on and on. The Socialists are on the march again and getting desperate.

Racists will vote Democrat. Keeping minorities enslaved is in their blood. The only times minorities will complain is if the money spigot is turned off. The money spigot and special emphasis keeps them enslaved. Take away the Socialism and the Racists will have to resort to Jim Crow laws again like the Democrats had in place before to control the minorities. The more enslaved people are then the more in control the Racists will be. The Democrats are also the home of the KKK for a reason.

Dude you are putting Race way to high of a place in peoples Voting habit, for example:

What if that Black man had been a Conservative, would you have votes Black then? Hmmm?

Politics rules, race is a bit further down the list...... If you are Black it is simply no. 2.

Even among the most solid voting block (Black women) they are not going to vote in the 95% for a Condoleezza Rice simply because she is black. (as they did for Obamer)
