Class of Admissions are IR1, CR1, IR5, F2A etc.

If you did an.Ajustment of Status/AOS .it's the interviewing city

If you did your interview in a foreign country then it's the first CITY you landed in. the USA or if the flight was precleared the city where it took place.

The date of admission - date of interview. If you don't have the greencard use the interview date.

My question is in part with I-130 Part C question 14 for the arrival date. I arrived back in the US on June 26, 2010 but had gone to Canada Nov 7, 2010 and returned on Nov 15,2010. For the date of arrival, is it the original on the TN visa or is the re-entry date that followed?
