This was an interesting point you made that if they doubted the relationship they would have asked more questions.. this is good to know. My fiance they asked limited questions, so that is encouraging. :) and waiting for AP to be complete. the best to the both of you! :) :)

This is based on assumption. No one can ever know what they are really thinking or what is really going on. Sometimes they have their mind made up before they even interview you - the interview is just a formality to them. But based on what I've read and common sense I would think that they would question you and give you the opportunity to present additional evidence if they did have doubts. We were only asked 3 basic questions and they said they had everything in order and they didn't need anything else - so I am not worried about the validity of our marriage. I wouldn't be worried if I were you - even though we are in AP we all will most likely get our visas - we just have to wait patiently... Good Luck!

God delays but doesn't forget.

I guess I am going through the same AP. I had an interview on Feb 8th 12 and waiting since then. I am not sure if I am in AP or not? because we were not told at the time of the interview that we will do AP. Our Interview went well, they asked us 5-6 question and gave us the blue sheet where they asked only to submit the joint sponsor. Which we did but it has been almost 4 weeks since we have submitted that. The blue paper doesnt show any where about AP and how much will it take but Each time I call DOS they say I am under AP...so whats that mean?

My father applied for my wife (F2A) and me being under 21 i will tag along with her.

No we were giving a blue sheet asking us for the joint sponsor, that's all. We submitted that 2 weeks ago. No AP mention on the paper and as well as after our interview. But each time I call DOS they say we r in AP, it doesnt make any sense.

We will be 5 ppl (mom, myself, 2 bros, 1 sister) and my parents have been married for last 30 yrs.

Its has been almost 6 weeks for us since our interview.
