I NEED URGENT HELP

i got married in 2006 , my wife n i went to the interview but was denied becausse i left my id card. we were given a second interview in 2008 and we passed but we did not hear from them till 2010, we were again denied because they say my wife and i live in different state, my lawyer exxplained to them the reason why my wife was in a different state and and in january 2011 , the i130 was approved, but till now her i485 is still pending, we contacted the uscis and they said we were going to hear from them , they later send us a letter saying that our case is still under review. i dont know what i can do now, can any one help me, as my wife has finished her nursing programme but cannot work because she is out of status.

am really in need of an advice.

Ths is very confusing. What exactly were the interviews about in 2006 and 2008? K-1, CR-1 or AOS in the US? When you say you "passed" the interview in 2008, what do you mean by that? Did you have a GC interview for AOS in 2008, which you passed, and was the subsequent interview in 2010 for Removal of Conditions, which was denied because you are living in different states?

You'll need to provide a bit more details before people here can offer advice.

why can't your wife work thought? if her case is pending, she should still be able to work with a valid work permit
