Medical in Toronto and interview letter from consulate

I just booked my medical appointment at Dr. Seiden's office in TO. The receptionist said that I had to bring the interview letter with me but I just called US Visa and was informed that they only send out email confirmation and not a letter anymore. Dr. Seiden's office told me that they need the letter as it has the case number on it and the email confirmation of appointment does not. Any suggestions?

I'm thinking it might be the following: *Packet 4 Letter with your MTL number on it* Can someone please confirm if this is correct and if this is what I am bringing to the interview along with the email confirmation of interview time and date?

Back when I booked my medical appointment in Montreal last Spring, the MTL number was on the confirmation email. It reads MTL00000000. Perhaps you could also screenshot the CSC webpage where it shows you have an appointment?

The CSC page does not show my MTL case number...really stressing about this.

I did notice on their instructions of what to bring it states "appointment letter or other instructions that you received from the U.S. Government the show your alien/case number... I noticed that I have this on the last page of packet 4

Your p3 letter should suffice as long as it has the MTL number on it.

I plan to bring the P4 letter that shows my MTL number, as well as the page I printed that shows the interview is booked and paid for.

I'll be booking my medical in Toronto tomorrow after I get some scheduling sorted out. Can I ask when your medical is? How far out are they scheduling now?

She had a quite a few appointments open for the first and second week in April. I booked for the 11th of April. I emailed her with all my work contact info and then she got back to me within 2 hours. If you call, you just leave a message as no one answers the phone. I also walked in this morning to try to book (easy for me since I live half hour away) but she was busy and I didn't want to wait.

I just emailed to see if P4 letter illustrating case number was sufficient. I will post if it is.

Just this week I brought my P4 letter with my MTL number on the last page. They took a photocopy of this, and it was the letter I needed. I ALSO brought my appointment letter, which did not have my MTL number on it, but had my courier services and appointment date. This was sufficiant.

I received email from NVC (all my correspondence is via email). They sent me a PDF attachment, which is the official interview appointment letter. I printed it and Dr. accepted it.
