There is no line dividing who is 'shielded' and who is not. If white males were targeted by comments meant to attack and disparage them as a group, labeled with degrading epithets and other wise discriminated against in these forums solely because they are white males, that too would be actionable under this TOS.

Forgive my post attempting to demonstrate the double standard.

I used two terms, one applies exclusively to Low class Whites the other commonly to low class illegal Hispanics.

When I searched, the first one turned up three full pages of examples of common usage here, so it's safe to say that one is not objectionable.

It's only when the comparable slur is mention concerning Hispanics does the need for action take place.

Agreed. The world is not fair, but we can try and do what we can to deal with the injustices. The reason for the post removal, btw, had nothing to do with the labels you used to describe the two different groups but related to the original topic of this thread.

If you wish to provide me with a list of the posts where the terms are used and should be addressed under TOS, please do so. I am sure there are many cases of inappropriate posts remaining in the forums. Since the moderation team is basically report driven, if we don't receive a report about a problem we don't know about it unless we stumble across it on our own.
