My lawyer is in USA that's y I didn't call nvc. If there z something update he will mail me. But I will mail them can u snd me the link by vch I can contact. Thnx

I am new here and have a quick question.

I received an email from NVC that that they have accepted my husband's DS-3032 form on Friday April, 6 2012. However, I have not received any email from NVC yet as an agent to pay the IV bill. The online status shows nothing under IV application fee (nothing meaning no name or $ amount). I have called NVC and they told me that it should be up any minute because the system was under maintenance. However, still nothing. Has anyone had any like problems? should I call them again or I am overreacting and it will be available soon.

The operator told me that NVC is also generating an AOS Checklist after my AOS was reviewed, so I am taking it as a bad news since I guess they will ask for more evidence.

You are not supposed to get anything. After you pay the fees, you should print cover sheets from the reciept page where you paid and send your AOS and IV packages. After that you will be notified if they need something else or if your case is closed and sent to embassy. After i paid my fees it only took them a week to complete AOS package review and i am awaiting for my IV package decision.

I also have paid the AOS and IV fee and was expecting another email or package from NVC; I guess I will now print the forms and send it to them. Does anybody know what docs I need to send? Apart from the DS230, marriage cert and police certs what other docs do I need to send? Or where can I get the list?

Also, I requested tax transcript from irs online for the AOS filing but its been 3 weeks and I havent received it... does it usually take this long? I was thinking may be they sent to wrong/previous address though my address hasnt changed since I filed my 2011 tax return.
