Hi all VJers,

My wife's GC will expire on 6/24/12 and I plan to file I-751 at the end of this month. We also plan to move to our new home this week ( I can delay this moving 1-2 month if I needed after filed ROC) and my concern is what is a good time to file AR-11 and I865: move to new home now and file AR-11 or wait after we filed I-751 and file AR-11?

thanks

Move to the new home then file the 751 ROC petition. Fill out the forms with new address on them. No need to file AR11 if you do this because notification of new address is on the forms.
