Can you get a new job while the 129f is being processed

Yes you can switch jobs whenever you want. Just make sure you can still meet the requirements to sponsor the beneficiary or find a co-sponsor.

There is no problem switching the jobs at all. Just to make sure as some other members pointed out, make sure you still can proof the income 125% above poverty guideline.

Yeah i was just thinking, because i wouldn't want them checking my employment history and see that i have a different job then stated on the g 325a. And then they'd think i was lieing. Thanks guys
