Hi I have two question I'm hoping someone will be able to answer:

1. I got married last year and my husband filed for me under f2a. I intend to change my name but I haven't done so yet. So all

the documents have been submitted under my maiden name. I'm thinking about doing the formal name change when I'm about to migrate

so I want my green card to have my married name. Can I just request a new passport with my new name and go in with that when

I'm going in for my interview?

2. I currently have a visitor's visa. Is it a problem if I don't specifically say that my spouse is a PR when I'm entering?

Thanks in advance for your help

Yes just take in the Documents that support the name-change

.do you have aunts, friends, cousins in America? Say you're on vacation visiting Friends and Families. You should tell them only if they ask who are the family members

Thanks in advance for your help

Thanks for your reply Ricardo.

I just want to clarify. So I can go to the Embassy with my new passport even though the documents I would have submitted the bio page for my old passport?

Yes .. Definitely. It's a simple update in their systems and has no impact on you.
