I have been searching this forum looking for the answer but can't quite find one similar to my situation.

So I was hoping someone could help me out here.

I am filling out the I-864 form for AOS and on question 23 it asks for my current individual annual income.

Here's the issue.

I was receiving child support and alimony and it has been my only income, due to the economy and not

finding work. Anyway, My alimony was stopped as soon as I got married, so my current income I would guess

should be calculated without the alimony, correct? Even though I haven't accually gotten a check that reflects this yet.

Just wanted to be sure of what I need to put in this section.

That is for filing taxes with the IRS. That states it is not taxable income. Child support is income and be used for the affidavit of support.

OP> If you do not receive alimony anymore, then no, you cannot include it in your income total.

It can be counted as income with the I-864 as long as it is shown to be a regular income (no gaps) Just send in proof of the child support and the amount.
