Hola!!

Alguien sería tan amable de decirme cuales son las preguntas que te hacen generalmente en la entrevista para una visa K-1? Todos los casos valen! por ejemplo:

- Si tienes hijos

- Si has estado casado(a) anteriormente

- Si te han negado visas anteriores

- Si tu familia tiene una historia peculiar, etc.

Jan 5, 2012: Mailed I-129F

Jan 7, 2012: Received

Jan 10, 2012: Text and e-mail confirmation received

Jan 14, 2012: NOA1 received in the mail

Mar 29, 2012: Expedite request made

Apr 5, 2012: Expedite request approved

Apr 6, 2012: I-129F approved!

Apr 11, 2012: NVC received

Jan 10, 2012: Text and e-mail confirmation received

Jan 14, 2012: NOA1 received in the mail

Mar 29, 2012: Expedite request made

Apr 5, 2012: Expedite request approved

Apr 6, 2012: I-129F approved!

Apr 11, 2012: NVC received

Attention NEW K-1 Filers: (2012) Possible 1st year costs = Possibly 3K+$ for first year including fees for mailing, documents, supplies, etc.. NOT including travel costs. Process: 1.)Apply-340$ 2.)RFE? 3.) Med-300??$ 4.)Interview-350$ 5.)Surrender passport. 6.)Get Visa. 7.)Fly here. 8.) Marry in 90 days. 9.) Submit apps to stay, work, & travel-1070$ 10.) Biometrics-More fingerprinting 11.) GREENCARD ISSUED APR 9TH, 2013-11 MONTHS FOR AOS!

Preguntas que me hicieron a mi:

Cuando se conocieron? Como? Cuando fue la primera vez que se vieron cara a cara??(nos conocimos online)

Es el papa de tu hijo? Tu hijo tiene pasaporte americano?

El estuvo en el army?

Cuando viajaron a Paracas?? Y me preguntaron si el hotel en realidad era todo lo que aparece en la publicidad (el Hilton)

Y luego de eso nada mas :)

11-04-2012: NOA1 AOS, EAD, AP

11-06-2012: Biometrics App Letter

11-16-2012: My baby boy was born

11-19-2012: Biometrics Appointment

12-29-2012: AP Approved

01-04-2013: EAD Approved

01-10-2013: Combo Card Arrived
