why are there I 130 applications getting approved so quickly?

I am a little confused, what is NOA1 and NOA2?

after sending my i130 I got an sms with a reciept number, if thats noa1 than what would be noa2?

NOA = Notice of Action. After sending in your I130, you get the first NOA (NOA1) usually within a few days. This just means that they have received your application, nothing more. After that is the long wait while they process your I130. When that is finished you will get the second notice (NOA2).
