Hello,

I have been posting in the AOS from work visa forum, and as I complete my forms, I just want to make sure that in the areas where it asks for my "A" number or "non immigrant" number, I am to enter n/a or "none"?

I was told that since I am Canadian the process is a bit different when I get my L1--I only have an I-94 fastened in my passport.

Long story short, on the I-485, part 3 it asks for this information. Should I just put n/a? Is there anything else I should keep in mind for my AOS,since L1-B visa holders are handled differently coming from Canada?

Any tips are greatly appreciated!!

Thanks!

L-1 holders don't get Alien Registration Numbers. So you would put N/A.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13
