Mozmoz,

Did you interview in Morocco? If you did please change your flag

Go into your profile and click EDIT/ADD change the 6th box down to Casa or Morocco

It is not fair to represent the wrong country. And Morocco does things Much different then Egypt so your answers will be based on Egyptians experience and you need Moroccans experience at Case

today i past intrvew and they told me that they send back my case to immigration

what i can do helpppppppppppppppp or advice ??????????

Please provide more information. Did they gave you 221G, and said what the problem was? Usually when case is sent back to USCIS, this is an intent to deny your petition. In this case CO suspects a visa fraud. It will take monthes before you will hear anything back from them. The best option would be to re-apply, but make sure you will cover all of the red flags that came during the interview.

Tell us exactly what questions were asked

How many did you get wrong or not know the answers to?

I think you and your wife have a 20 year age difference.

Was she at the interview?

How many times has she visited you?

How many days has she spent in Morocco with you?

Do you have daily contact with her through email, skype, phones

What evidence did you send with the I-130?

What evidence did they ask for at the interview?

If you answer for us all these questions then we will have a better idea of what issues concerned them and why they might have sent it back

First your wife should email and call the embassy and try to have the paperwork stay in Morocco and offer to come in and have an interview with them and you again

If they send it back to USCIS then it will be Many months waiting for the NOIR. Then you will have 30 days to send in alot of evidence proving your relationship is real. And on the NOIR is where you will find all the true issues they did not believe in your relationship. You must answer each one of the reasons why they did not believe you.

Your paperwork should be well organized and have a cover letter explaining what each section represents

Good Luck

You have a lawyer. What has he said will happen next? What has he said your wife needs to do?

And sorry I said 20 years. YOu only have like 17 years difference and your wife is 45. I am sure this was just a part of your case being sent back to USCIS and I am sure they asked some really hard questions.

I hope everything turns out for the best.

I am going to ask a Moderator to change your country to Morocco so your question goes to the right country portal so they can help you best.

Good Luck Mozmoz

Yes she should call her Senator and her Congressman in her City and State in USA.

She needs to get them involved also to get the petition returned to USA faster so you will not have to wait 1 year to get the NOIR.

Make she she is talking to the embassy to get the file to stay at the embassy right now so you can try to get another interview or maybe it will make them send the file faster to USCIS.

Good Luck

Tell her this is no time to cry or feel sorry for yourselves. This is the time to fight so get up and fight for what you want and do not sit around saying oh poor me. FIGHT and start fighting today

Are you Egyptian? Or are you Moroccan?

And I am a wife

How did Moroccans not help you with answers? I seen many of your posts and many people tried to help and gave you hundreds of questions to study.

I think some people just cannot understand your English too well.

Married for 4 years, and denied? I'm sorry..

17 year age difference in Morocco will have any CO immediately smell fraud though.

What did they ask you? What evidence did you bring? Was there anything specific that they pushed you on?

No one here will be able to help you very well unless we know these things.

So you know how to change or edit your profile and you chose to not do it?

Kind of selfish when you are here asking for help but you will not give us true answers.

You ask for help...but you will not do what people have told you to...like study all the quesion....edit your timeline

So if you are lying about something as simple as a country you belong to what else can you lie about or hide

**** Moved from Bringing Family of LPR to CR-1 forum, as OP previously stated they were persuing that visa. ****

OP: please change your country back to the correct one asap. This will help both you to get the correct answers (Morocco is a difficult consulate to get approved in, and quite different from Egypt in rules and policies), and others who may be in the same situation as you and can learn from your case. As was mentioned before, you should try to get your wife to come on here, as your lack of English seems a major hurdle to us advising you what to do.
