This may sound dumb; but when your K1 Beneficiary receives her Visa (Peru) does State or Homeland Dept. designate the Point of Entry? I live in Chicago, theres a flight from Lima to Ft. Lauderdale; Can I assume she can board that flight? Or are there designated entry points and I must find flights ex. Houston or Miami?

there is not such a thing as "designated" POE. You can choose any flight you want :)

You can choose any flight or arrival point you want. Just remember, as an example, if she is flying to Ft. Lauderdale and then on to Chicago, FTL is her POE and will pass immigration at that airport.
