HI I just needed some help with understanding things better. My husband got here in Jan. we got marry Jan.17, now we are feeling out the paper work for the I-485 and the other forms that need to be feel out for him to work here in USA, they didn't give him any paperwork back other then the paperwork that he gave the people in the airport then they took his fingerprints I notice that the I-485 is asking for court record police record , birth cert. , medical record and other things that he gave the consulate when he was there in Morocco, but nothing was given to him so now I need to know if the USCIS already got these papers or do we need to get his family to seen us new ones? Please any info on what needs to be done now we really appreciate it .. And we are very happy to finally to be together and living our life finally..
