Hi everyone!

I have a question, It may be a silly one, but it's always better to ask. I'm looking for jobs, and I came across the Department of workforce services from my state (Utah), http://jobs.utah.gov...ndifammore.html I actually found some job opportunities that I think are good, but, when I tried to apply, the website asked me for my email, name, blabla and social security number. Now, I now this is a gov website, my question is, is this normal? Do the Department of workforce always ask for your ss before you apply to jobs??

Thanks!
