Looks good! As an aside, we don't have A4 paper here. It's 8.5 x 11 inches which is a slightly different size. Oh, Imperial! ;)

Haha, all my time here, and I never knew that! (I even doubted it enough that I went and looked at our printer paper package.....turns out, you're obviously right!!)

I shall amend!

Lol. FInd a piece of A4 (if you have an old notebook from home or something) and compare it. You'll be surprised! ;)

I discovered that after bringing papers back from the US when I was living overseas and realized I had one set of papers for our immigration packet that was short and squat and another set that was tall and lean. A4 and US paper - not the same size

These two are not required at the petition stage per the I-130 instructions, but it probably does not hurt to include them.

Copy of intending immigrant’s Full Birth Certificate.

Copy of intending immigrant’s Passport (Biographical Page).

They are both needed for AOS. This is not for a spousal visa.

Is there another form that goes with AOS? Maybe that forms' instructions would have the additional required docs.
