I am a US citizen, my fianc'e lives in the philippines. I make 16,000 a year. I have been married twice. I have a son with first marriage, he is 18 and lives in Canada. I have an 8 year old daughter who lives with me, and a 7 year old son who lives with his mom. do i need to figure for a family of 5 or family of 6? also, I currently live in same house as parents, I help them and they help me with my daughter. will this hurt my petition or help it, as I will probably need my father as a co sponsor anyway?
