Lacking requirements K-1 visa

Hi everyone,

Just want to ask, what if my fiance failed to send some requirements because he didn't know that he needs to include it. ex. Letter of intent. Will they reject it immediately? Thanks!

Note to K and S: "RFE" stands for request for evidence. It is sent on a notice of action form (I-797), the same type of form that your receipt notice was sent on.

If you get the RFE and answer it satisfactorily you would likely get your approval notice a few weeks later.
