That the first GC you receive will be a conditional greencard valid for 2 years. Before it expires, you will have to file for Removal of Conditions (ROC) to get a 10 year GC. The first conditional GC is just as "real" of a greencard as the 10 year one - USCIS just wants to try to minimize the possibility of fraud in the case of a short marriage by making you re-prove the validity of the marriage after two years of receiving the first greencard.

Is this a K-3 topic, I think K-3 for the most part gets killed at the NVC stage when the NVC receives both I-129F and I-130 from USCIS at same time.

Anyway yes if married less than 2 years at time residency status is granted the resulting green-card is a 2 year conditional card.
