I Sent in my original copy of my birth certificate without making any copies, Now NVC is telling me my birth certificate from HAITI with government stamp and labeling is not original. i sent them a e-mail requesting to review it and spoke to a supervisor too. All she told me is she will put a request and have them look at it again. Has this happen before to anybody. I'm freaking out. i'm 23 this is the first time im doing this process. HELPPPPPPP!

All you can do is tell them you sent the original. If they still refuse to accept it then you might have to get another one.
