They will ask you about it, I would think. Accra is very hard to get through so be prepared with evidence and all of papers to show the relationship is genuine.

Be prepared for what they may ask about your first relationship.

Good luck.

Sounds quite fishy to me. 2 fiancees in one year's time or so screams marriage for visa.

NVC [*] 14 May 2012 - Petition received by NVC ; [*] 16 May 2012 - Petition left NVC.

EMBASSY [*] 18 May 2012 - Petition arrived at the US Embassy in Bucharest; [*] 22 May 2012 - Package 3 received; [*] 24 May 2012 - Package sent to the consulate, interview date set; [*] 14 June 2012 - Interview date, approved.

POE [*] 04 July 2012 - Minneapolis/St.Paul. [*] 16 September 2012 - Wedding Day!

AOS/EAD/AP [*] 04 February 2013 - AOS/EAD/AP package sent; [*] 07 February 2013 - AOS/EAD/AP package delivered; [*] 12 February 2013 - NOA1 text messages/emails; [*] 16 February 2013 - NOA1 received in the regular mail; [*] 28 February 2013 - Biometrics letter received (appointment date, March 8th); [*] 04 March 2013 - Biometrics walk-in completed (9 out of 10 fingerprints taken, pinky would not give in); [*] 04 April 2013 - EAD/AP card approved; [*] 11 April 2013 - Combo card sent/tracking number obtained; [*] 15 April 2013 - Card delivered.

[*] 15 May 2013 - Moved from MN to LA; [*] 17 May 2013 - Applied for a new SS card/filed an AR-11 online (unsuccessfully), therefore called and spoke to a Tier 2 and changed the address; [*] 22 May 2013 - Address updated on My Case Status (finally can see the case numbers online); [*] 28 May 2013 - Letter received in the mail confirming the change of address; [*] 31 July 2013 - Went to Romania; [*] 12 September 2013 - returned to the US using the AP, POE Houston, everything went smoothly; [*] 20 September 2013 - Spoke to a Tier2 and put in a service request; [*] 23 September 2013 - Got "Possible Interview Waiver" letter (originally sent on August, 29th to my old address, returned and re-routed to my current address); [*] 1 October 2013 - Started a new job.

I agree with peter whats stopping u from marrying this one. I guess if u r the one living in gh and u called or wrote to the embassy declining I think that may be ok but ur situation isnt going to be easy to prove...the times that shes been to gh do they overlap with when u were with ur first fiance are u the one to write the incitation to come visit u if so I would print out all 4 of the invites that u sent to her. Because it does have ur phone number and address on every invitation

It might be a red flag for Ghana, as long as you have a strong proof you should be fine.

Yup, they will most likely tear you a new one. They may ask questions like why did the 1st K1 fall through, when did you start this 2nd relationship and things along those lines. Throughout the interview you must be able to convince the CO that the 1st K1 petition was based on a real relationship (at least on your part) and like normal ones do not always work out and that this 2nd K1 is real as well but different from the first. For example this new spouse visits more often, what you guys do on these visits & how your immediate family is involved, this relationship being longer (I hope) that the first etc. You know the intimate details of your present relationship contrast with your previous one so you should know your winning areas/points.

i agree with you,she was here for vacation, it was when we became friends, so her first trip was not officialy to come and see me, but for the other trips she came purposely to see me and she been coming every 3 months to visit me, and its bcs of my situation about prior k1 and we dont want to rush into marriage now, that will sound strange that is why we going through the k1 route and it was over with my ex before i met her and i have all my documents to proof and she will be here to explain further on my interview day,but we have a real relationship, she will back in 2 months time to see me again

You dated an American, things didn't work out, and you're dating another American. I may not have any issue with that since every body's journey is individual. But get ready to answer CO why you are interested in dating Americans. CO will be concerned and demand an explanation.

I thought the same thing but I said it could be similar to why some men we see on VJ no matter how poisoned they were at one point, still prefer women from the same country with eerie similarities.

The OP's thing could be American women but that arouses a whole lot of suspicion.

I applied and received k1 visa for my than fiance in 2008 in Colombia - he received visa in 2/2009 and did not come to USA until the last day, 8/2009. In the time of my applying for visas for him and his son and his coming to USA I found out he had been living with a woman in Colombia. I did not let this stop me and I married him 9/2009 in NYC :bonk: . I was going to visit my elderly and sick father 10/2009 and he wanted to return to Colombia. I returned with him and his son (who had also gotten a visa) on 10/2009. They remained in Colombia and I returned to USA.

The person who found out he had a partner in Colombia is my cousin, and he is the person I am currently in love with (L) . I divorced this man in March 2011 and applied for k1 visa for my current love in 7/2011. In 12/2011 I received request for evidence and I submitted all information I could find by 1/20/2012. USCIS acknowledged having received my papers and the standard response is to wait for maximum 60 days - this will take my waiting time into March 19 or 20th.

Anyone with previous experience like mine? I am attempting to plan my life. I love this man, he allowed me to believe in love again - he has made my life a paradise full of hope.

Recommendations welcomed and gladly accepted.

Thank you. :help:
