Post Decision Activity

On March 1, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

plz i want to know what i should do??

plz i want to know what i should do??

Wait. Wait for the letter from USCIS telling you the I-130 was approved and sent to the NVC. Wait for the NVC to contact the beneficiary about DS-3032. Beneficiary returns DS-3032. Then, the NVC sends out the IV and AOS fee letter with instructions to the petitioner.

What did you do all this time while you waited to get NOA2??? You should have used your time to study what to do next

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

im amazed by how many people wait months and months for their NOA2 and then ask "what do i do now"??

AOS approved 3/29/13 after almost 10 months of waiting. No RFE's and no interview.
