Passport photos for AOS & EAD

Hello,

I know you have to send off x2 passport photos with the AOS but if also filing EAD alongside it does that require two photos aswell? Or can just two photos be sent with the package?

x2 passport photos for each form.

Each form requires evidence. Read the instructions for the forms.

I think you need to send 4 photos because after they receive your package they will split it up.

We sent in x2 photos for each AOS, EAD, and AP for a total of 6. Some people have gotten away with only sending 2, but we just didn't want to take a chance of getting an RFE for something as small as this. Once the AOS, EAD, and AP is received, they are separated and processed separately. You will also get separate receipt numbers for each of the 3 documents.
