Is this enough evidence for intial I-129F application?

Hello!

I have been with my Peruvian fiance for just over three and a half years. We are about to send off the I-129F packet for the K-1 visa. I want to make sure I have included enough proof.

Proof of having met:

Joint lease with a landlady in Peru

Signed letter from PeruBus saying we traveled together to a vacation spot

2 flight itineraries (I cannot find the others)

Stamps from my passport

Proof of an on-going relationship:

Money orders to him in Peru spanning several years (sounds bad, but it was my idea)

Phone cards to Peru (spanning only about 2 years as we switched to Skype)

9 emails from 2008-present

5-10 photos

Do you think this enough proof?

Looks like you are well prepared! You won't need the on-going relationship stuff until the interview.

No one here can tell you for sure what is "enough" proof. Passport stamps showing that you were both in the same country are probably the most significant "evidence" for USCIS. For our K-1, we included passport stamps, flight itineraries, letters, emails, pictures, etc - all things you listed - and we were approved without issue. Probably more important (and more often mistaken) is to ensure your paperwork is in order with everything accurate on the I-129F and G-325A, correct proof of citizenship (birth certificate, full copy of passport, naturalization, whatever), proper fee, etc.

You don't have to send proof on ongoing relationship yet, just that you met in the last 2 years.

If you send passport copies as proof of having met, remember to either send your birth certificate or to make two copies of the passport files as proof of citizenship.
