if u cant stand the wait apply for an expedite mine was approved for mental hardship and financial I basically said me not having my husband here is making me lose my focus at work so my hours are being cut I even went to a psychiatrist he said I had separation anxiety and depression I was done with uscis in 22 days and spent abou 2 weeks at nvc my husband interview is may 2nd

Wow..does that really happen? I never would have guessed that expedite would be approved on a mental and emotional basis.

Yea.....I see things speeding up. There's approvals left and right now....whereas before it was like 2 months of silence. These unproductive months happen once a year and then it gets back on track

Am sorry to say if thats not true on your part that isn't a nice thing to do.. We all want to be with our loved ones but we all cant go and request to expedite just because we miss them in that case we should all request to expedite ...

:thumbs: Totally agree its unfair that ppl will request to be expedited because they miss their spouses. We all miss our spouses and want to be with them .....
