No prima facae RFE for GMC

Hi all hope all is great for u . i received a notice of receipt with a blue letter requesting RFE for good moral character. I sent them my police clearance yesterday . also they sent me back my package of I 485 and work authorisation i have apply together . does any one had this situation. my lawyer said the fee was waive which i don t beleived. The fees may be the reason or do i have to wait for my I 360 to be approve before applying for work authorization?? thanks you have a great day

Did you send your police clearance after you received RFE and no you dont have to wait on ur i360 b4 u file aos .

You might have to give USCIS a call about that package they return to find out why.

Hi exactly what happend to me. I received the blue notice rfe good moral character also my i-485 and i-765 was returned to me because I had not enclosed fees for i-485 didn't have a lawyer and didn't know about fee waiver so I ended up sending the forms with payment and where accepted 7 months later vawa was approved 2 months later green card approval.Make sure your fees are waived if not and if you can afford sent uscis a check or money order together with the forms they returned you don't have to wait for vawa approval as long as your spouse or ex spouse is USC.

Hi Dee thanks for answering i sent my RFE yesterday. i m waiting ....God help i had a I 130 approved already file by my husband. before he started abusing me

Hi just resend the forms that where returned to you with a fee for just i-485 which is $1070 if I'm not mistaken that's what I paid.You don't have to pay for i-765 if you filing together with i-485.All the best.

Hi all have u are doing great!!!!! i sent my I 485 and I765 back with fees . for the RFE GMC i sent them back on march 7 haven t hear from uscis and my page still say RFE on uscis . how long does he take after you sent your package back lady b???? i m so stress i need to start school and without prima facae or work authorization can t enter the program . Oh Lord help us
