Thank you for advice in Advance!!!

No, the window to apply is 90 days before the GC expires, which does not overlap for the two of you if you were in the US 6 months before him. You will have to apply separately.

I'm not sure about this. Wouldn't the son's conditional status expire at the same time the OP's status expires? If so, wouldn't they be able to apply to remove conditions at the same time, and using the same I-751?

I don't know. It sounds like they applied for GCs separately and therefore have different expirations dates.

OP - Do the Greencards have the same expiration date or different dates?

Well, it's what the instruction form for I-751 says about dependent children: Instructions for I-751 form

..."If you have dependent children who acquired conditional resident status concurrently with you and entered the United States within 90 days of your arrival, then include the names and A-Numbers of these children in Part 5 of this form in order to have their conditional status removed. If you have dependent children who acquired conditional resident status after 90 days from the date of your adjustment or if the conditional resident parent is deceased, then those dependent children must file Form I-751 separately to have their conditional status removed."

Ah, thank you for that. I still have an old copy of the I-751 instructions on my PC, and that clause isn't in the instructions I've got. My old instructions only say:

In Part 5 of the form, please make sure to include any conditional resident children applying with you in order to have their conditional basis removed, or they may file separately. Please remember to provide their A-number.
