Iam the USC and my sspouse is the benifecary we are living togther in itay here is a list of things i have ready for our interview please let me know if im missing anything:

DS230 part 1 completed and signed

DS230 part 2 completed not signed

appointment confirmation

both of our birth certificates. originals and copies

marriage certifacate translation and translator signater and copy

both police certificates and copies ( no translation needed?)**********

copy of both passports

2 photos of benifeciary

petitioner I-864 and transcripts

Co sponosr I-864 and transcripts

20 pictures of our life

our babies birth certifacte

joint bank account info

weeding invitation

plane tix of us seeing each other

votevalid drivers licencse proof( establishing domicile)

voter regirstration status ( establishing domicile)

copy of i-130 and all supporting documents that i sent

THATS ALL I GOT missing anything??????

Maybe someone with Italy experience can chime in, but that doesn't sound like enough evidence for re-establishing domicile...

As to whether or not you need translations of the police certificates, that's a consulate-specific question because it varies. In Peru, for example, papers submitted to the visa unit (post-I-130) that are in Spanish do not need to be translated, but other non-English languages would.

Affidavit of Support (including W-2s, letter of employment), if her joint sponsor is married she needs to have the I-864A as well.

You don't have any utility bill in your name in Italy showing same address ? health insurance plan? car insurance?.
