As my siggy states, we got married in December (civil ceremony).

My I-94 expired on February 5th.

I'm now classed as out of status.

I have applied for AoS and EAD, I have received the letters stating I've paid my fees and I also have my Biometrics appmt for the end of this month.

What I'm here to ask about is about our wedding in 30days.

We have everything booked and are supposed to fly up to Las Vegas from Atlanta.

Am I going to have any problems traveling?

I know I've asked this before but that was while I was still IN-status.

The flights are booked in my maiden name, as that's what's on my passport.

I have copies of my marriage certificate, a Georgia state I.D, the letters about my AoS, My expired I-94, and my SSN (in maiden name).

Again, will I have any problems traveling? I've actually been so stressed about this whole process that I got shingles recently (I also have a medical bill with my married name on it too for proof of who I am).

Any help is greatly appreciated

Domestic flight only needs a valid picture ID matched name on the ticket to get into the TSA security check, nothing else needed.

Your not out of status - you are status pending. You are on a hold status right now.

You only need to show a state drivers license or state ID - don't need a passport or anything if its a flight in the USA.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I was a little confused when I first read this because you said your I-94 expired and you are traveling for your wedding.

Anyway, I flew after my I-94 was expired and before I got my Greencard or EAD. It's fine if it's domestic.

You just have to book your flight in the name on your ID. For me that was my maiden name because I used my UK passport for ID. I took my marriage certificate and NOA1 just in case there was a problem. There was none.

Best of luck, have fun in Vegas! :)

extremely common to have a marriage by the court and then a wedding with all bells and whistles later on.
