It is a Normal Feeling to add (frontload) the Petition. But, add what is required only at this time. Keep in mind: Stay with Documents. Your not trying to prove a on-going relationship. You proving a relationship with the Petition.

The original petition is the easiest thing you will file. Trust me, it WILL get hairier. Enjoy this freebie. My stacks ended up being 3"-4" of documentation!

If you send too much they may wonder if you are honest. It happened to one couple here.

I had opted to send my 864 and 134 at the same time, it was a waste, I needed the 864 later on. If you do decide to send something ahead of schedule, plan on it getting lost and provide it when they ask for it later on. And at the interview they will want things you have already given them three times already! Make LOTS of copies!

Front loading is a waste of time, with the Manila embassy it truly is not needed, address the required documents of each process and leave it at that.

I did not front load anything, and I don't know of any going through the Philippines that has.

Stop stressing, complete the I-129F and other required documents, follow the examples in the GUIDE here and all will be fine.

I agree. On the interview for my wife. I was there. They did not even look at the chat logs, email, plane tickets etc. Only thing was the pictures and forms. Especially the W-2 forms and 1040 filings. That's it besides 3-4 questions asked to my wife from each Consulate.

Look its better to be safe than sorry but you don't need a wheel barrel of documents for proof of on-going relationship.

God Does for those who do for themselves..!!
