If you are the one filing the petition, it is your employer.

Everybody is incorrect. The right side of page 1 is for the foreigner. However unless they are employed IN the USA the answer should be N//A. What makes you think anybody is going to see a K3 visa in their passport? K3 is dead. Just file the I-130 and follow the CR1 visa path.

We are filing the I130 form on friday I have a question on line 15 it ask for employer information is that my employer or his? I want to make sure I do it correctly.

Just wondering if you got a definitive answer to this? I see that respondents seem to have offered conflicting answers..

I know I'm a newbie (came here specifically for this question) but would appreciate any help. Thanks so much!

I put my employment and I was approved with no issue.

USCIS- 260 Days
