VSC is ahead right now since they are processing October 21 filers. But it is odd because a few days ago VSC was process October 31 so apparently they are working backwards?

I wish things made sense in USCIS.

Hello, what I did was enter my WAC number on the USICS site so in my case my last number is 731 ...so you can go backwards or forward such 732..733...734...or 730...729...in this way you can see all the others files before or after you ...got it? Now my I-130 was accepted on Jan 24Th and they touched on Jan 28 Th already in REVIEW but strange enough any file received 4 days after are still showing only ACCEPTANCE...What's is going on??they are not touching anything else after Jan 24Th?:wacko:

VJ timelines estimates are just that "estimates"

As of 9th march, the estimated current processing date of I-129F are

CSC: October 17, 2011

VSC: October 21, 2011

But we all know CSC isn't just 4 days behind VSC.

If you have been following Igor's timeline closely you will know that VSC has already processed approximately half of november petitions while CSC still hasn't gotten to november petitions yet.

thanks - yes - i have done that too - but you arent able to see anything other than what generic type of form was filed (not even the petition type) and only when it was last updated - so unless you track each and every one each time - how do you know how much it has moved?

You can't see if was moved/touched unless you sign in with USCIS to see your case update...but of course in that case you can see only our case and as well get email or text messages when there is any progress on your case.

The only key to fast approval is expedite. You only get expedited on the grounds of humanitarian reasons, extreme medical emergencies, or extreme financial hardship, US government interest or if you and your souse both live in the spouse's country.

Can I send in RFE even before they ask me? just frustrated. :(

No. Because the only way you can know what a potential RFE is for would be by getting the RFE letter in the first place.

I wonder if they really expedite on humanitarian reasons?

My wife requested expedite and they refused even without asking for any evidence. You can find my post about it Here.
