Hi Every body.thank you all for you help.I went for my third interview today.and after giving them every information they need.they said they are okay with our relationship but they need some more information from me.so they gave me a form to fill.they needed my parents and siblings names and their ages.where i have worked for the past five years,if i have been out of the country when and where, the address i have lived for the past five years.and if i have a child, name and age.

so after given them all this information.they told me they need to do an administration processing and they will call me.I am soo confuse right now.it has been over two years and i was hoping today will be an end and it seems we are still not done.i ask the consular when will they call me and she said she does not know but they will definitely call me.

please VJ family.i need your help.what should i do now.do i have to seek for an attorney? i need your advice on what to do as soon as possible.thank you all and God bless you.

Just have the American call DOS-Department of State every week and check the status.

See if the case is in Mandatoy administrative processing which is name checks at the FBI level or if it is in

Internal Administrative processing at the embassy level

You will not know when AP is done until you have the visa in your hand

The can send it to Mandatory Ap then to Intenal AP then back into Mandatory and back again. There is no knowing how long it takes.

They say most is done by 5 months. Some take 2 years some take 2 weeks

Good Luck

No attorney can help right now. Just wait till they finish your name checks

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

do not worry , this process is necessary and easy . Administrative process mean " Security check , background check and name check " once they are done with that , they will contact you !

but since they told you , they are ok with your relationship , that means you will get the visa but after that AP goes well ,

Good luck
