Change of address

This might be a little complicated, but i'll start from the beginning..

My fiance's grandmother passed away. His mother moved into his Grandmothers place, and he moved in to his mother's house and is renting out his house to his brother.

Now, I received my Packet 3, should I indicate the new address on those forms? All utility bills are at the mothers address.

So confused, called NVC, it's not in their hands anymore, so no help there and MTL Consulate don't answer phone calls... I'm lost and confused..

We don't want to change the address if its going to cause any delays, but don't want to be in trouble if we don't change it.

So the address of the USC has changed? If NVC has already forwarded the documents then you can contact the Montreal consulate either by fax, email or mail. http://montreal.usconsulate.gov/service/contact-us.html

It is fine to put the new address for packet 3. But since your Fiance's brother lives in the address that was given to USCIS then even if they accidently send something there it isn't lost. To update the address with USCIS https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa
