When it is time to fill out your I-134 for the interview stage, you will need 125% or better for your household size plus your fiance. If it is you and one child plus him, then it is 3. If you want to include your child support in order for your income to be over the required amount, then simply provide a copy of the court order for the child support, and if you like, bank statements showing the child support being deposited each month if you have direct deposit. Include this with your I-134 and other financial documents you need, such as the letter from your employer, the most recent year's tax transcript (or a complete copy of the forms that were sent to the IRS including all schedules, attachments and W_2s and/or 1099s <-- the tax transcript is easiest as it does not require separate copies of forms, W-2s and 1099s and is free from the IRS), and a few months worth of your most recent pay stubs.

No, they went up. Last year's guidelines were $18,387 for two people. This year it's $18,912. The I-864P doesn't list the guidelines for one person because a household size for immigration purposes will always consist of at least two people - the sponsor and the immigrant.

So when exactly should I provide that child support court order? should I wait for the immigration to let me know that I didn't meet the poverty guidelines or should I included it already on the folder(evidence/proof..such as tax return, w2, employmnt letter and etc.) I made for my fiancé? Now I'm total confused

Provide all income evidence with the 134 for your fiance to take to the interview. If you meet the guidelines with the child support you for sure want it included.

Get a co-sponsor, as you are short on the guidelines, plus, since the majority of your income is through child support, you don't want to take the chance of going without a sponsor and being denied because your income is not based on wages or assests like investments, etc..... Definitely get a cosponsor

I’m ONLY missing $800 on the requested guidelines. So I don't get what u means a MAJORITY of my income is through child support??? It doesn't make any sense. Anyhow like I mention I already spoke with an immigration lawyer. No matter what child support is part of my income so if I added that it will make and definitely solved my problem. B-)

sure do..thanks
