No idea but I saw that last night and it bummed me out :(

In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.

Initially filed for K1 visa - Feb 23 2012

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we've abandoned this application

We married on Aug 24, 2013 in a small ceremony in MA

We'll be applying for a CR1 / IR1 visa as soon as we are able

Watch this space for updates!

Yeah....Same =(...Hopefully they will pick up the speed again. They might have switched adjudicators to other petitions now....which sucks...because this is probably the time of the year with the fewest K1 petitions submitted. Now we have to hope that they don't starting neglecting the K1s....

Yess. Hopefully some more approved petitions will stabilize the timelines and get things back on track. Maybe some of the recent approvals were petitions that had been neglected and it's skewing the data..

That would be awesome if I received approval this month. It's good to know VSC is still remaining strong. And congrats on your recent NOA2 man! :)

Nothing happened at VSC. Something happened to the input data of an unreliable, unscientific system relying on the unregulated input of others. Why would you even look at it?

Incidentally at least one of the adjudicators at VSC took the day off and we are meeting her later for lunch. International woman's day! She probably was not going to get to your case today anyway.
