Once I am approved to enter the USA on a CR1 visa can I go back to Canada every once in awhile to visit or do I have to stay in the USA for a required time period before I am allowed to travel?

When you enter the US for the first time with your CR1 visa, you will trigger your permanent resident status (because CR1 is an immigrant visa). Then you will be a permanent resident, with all the rights to work and travel, right away.

8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
