K-2 interview tomorrow, what do we bring?

Hi everyone,

Tomorrow is my stepdaughter's green card interview (she is on a K-2 visa). Strange that we have the interview, I've read 99% of K2s just get the green card (my husband had a K-1 and even he didn't require an interview). If anyone has attended a K-2, do I need to bring anything besides her passport?

May 21, 2010: Received I797C Notice of Action

May 24, 2010: Received Appt notice for Biometrics (for June 11, 2010)

June 11, 2010: Notice of case transferred to California Service Center

June 11, 2010: Biometrics completed

June 11, 2010, Touch, EAD

July 10, 2010: Touch, I-485

July 22, 2010: EAD card production ordered

July 30, 2010: EAD arrives in mail

Sept 10, 2010: Notice of Approval, I-485

Sept 17, 2010: Received GC in mail

Nov 15, 2010: DH's children interview for K-2s (following to join benefits)

Nov 23, 2010: Approval granted for kids, passports in hand!

Oct 6th, 2011: Filed for 2 stepkids AOS

Oct 20th, 2011: Received emails stating applications received, checks cashed also on this day

Oct 26th, 2011: Received letter with biometrics appt date: Nov 21st, 2011

Jan 23rd, 2012: RFE for stepson

Feb 4th, 2012: Interview for stepdaughter's green card: March 8th

Feb 9th, 2012: Employment authorization received for stepdaughter

Bring all her paperwork. Just in case and you never know. My step son had a K2 interview and it went pretty smoothly. The officer did ask for some photos showing we were still living together as a family and asked a bunch of questions but nothing heavy. Mostly a standard checklist of items like are you a member of the communist party, member of a para military organization, etc.. We were done in about 20-30 minutes.

01/20/2009 - Received in mail-room and signed for by J CHYBA
01/28/2009 - Checks cashed by Homeland Security
02/02/2009 - Received in mail 3 pcs of NOA1 one each for I-485, I-130, I-765 dated 01/28/2009
02/03/2009 - Received email RFE. What did I not send now, whew!
02/09/2009 - Received mails for initial evidence and Biometric appointment (02/19/2009); mailed evidence

03/14/2009 - Receive NOA2 dated 03/10/2009. AOS interview April 29, 2009

First, there was some type of standard checklist.My wife had to answer the same questions on her interview. Perhaps because of the country she and he were coming from. It centered around what type of organizations he may have been part of. As above, para-military, communist, ever arrested in home country, very matter of fact. It was just no, no, no. Then a few questions as to is he learning English( he only spoke Russian at the time), does he intend to get a job, and finally does he like living here. Pretty simple stuff.
