Missing RFE letter

My RFE Letter was supposed to be sent out on February 24th, yet I still haven’t received it. I called USCIS and they told me there isn’t anything they can do until this Friday when I need to call them back and they will put in a service request. This is so frustrating. I was hoping to have the information returned to them by now. Well I have a few questions:

Has anyone heard/went through anything like this?

Can someone explain to me what happens after a service request has been put in and how long do I have to wait till I hear a response?

Would this be a good reason to get my congressman/senator involved?

Any information will be very helpful and appreciated. Thanks

Ok, so I just received a text message from USCIS. They have received my RFE response. I am guessing they sent the RFE to my lawyer and he sent them the information they were requesting. He must have just forgotten to tell me about the RFE. Well at least they have the information and I can get the approval soon.

Almost 1 month now since i mailed my rfe to vsc, no changed on my update and i try to call them and told me they have not received my it..Can i send the copy of my rfe to them again with cover letter to it....

technically they have 60 days to review rfe. hold tight.
