Dear Friends

From the instruction guide for 1-130 Petition; G-325A (Biographic information) is instructed to be “completed and signed but except your name and signature, you do not have to repeat on Form G-325A the information’s given on your Form 1-130 Petition”

Question??????

1. Does this instruction apply both the USC petitioner and the alien beneficiary?

Advice how you filled your G-325A form to enable and ensure that we fill the forms correctly.

Thanks in advance

Thanks for your reply. But did you fill yours completely?

Yes I did. And there are other places that may say you don't have to send, submit, fill-out, bring with you, etc. if you have already done so, but as I did and to avoid unnecessary delay and or frustration you should repeat the same info or form again as most times you'll find that "one hand doesn't know what the other's doing." The hard part is getting all the info together, the easy part, if there is one, is filling out or submitting the forms and paperwork.

My understanding of the process is that the petitioner and beneficiary both need to complete G-325As. There are a lot more forms to come and there is a lot of information that is required to be repeated across them all. Just one of those government things!
