Good post and you are absolutely right. It seems that meaningless threads and posts are what the OT forum has become. I think that there are some good game threads, like scrabble, geography game, what does this word make you think of and maybe a few others. There are a few threads which were started soley to mock the old Who's next thread, ie, the countdown thread, posting the time, etc.

I personally think all the game threads should have their own section. Like a subforum of the Off Topic forum. That way they'd have their own place and the general Off Topic area could be for actual discussions.

I thought they were already identified by their individual title... I still can't figure out what the perameters of this thread are meant to be.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

the Off Topic forum is here as a way to control the entire forums. all threads that don't have specific homes fall here. thats why its off topic, we dont have OFF off topic forum. so stop whining about cleaning up the OFF TOPIC forums. if you have a specific topic to discuss go to the appropiate forum. this forum is OFF topic.
