Very motivational video. Life is short and there is so much to be thankful for instead of wasting time on silly issues.

My dad is now 85 and had a knee replacement 2 years ago. It took him over a year to get used to it. But rehab was the key to his recovery. I know you didn't have knee replacement but rehab is a big help and I hope your rehab is on schedule.

Interestingly enough - I've been doing rehab since day 2. I'm able to straighten the leg , but can't keep it straightened all the time. I've been able to take small baby steps without the crutches, though, so that's a plus.

The doctor specialized in sports medicine, and his offices are rather huge. Right after the xrays came back, a physical therapist was with me, teaching me all of the stuff I needed to know for these 'new' exercises. I do them religiously at the house without any helper, and have been able to sleep through the night without any pain meds. I'll know more next week, I'm to take an MRI after the swelling has subsided, and it's about 80 to 90 percent less than on day 1. The two knees are almost the same size.

I'm just thankful I have a P.A. (personal assistant) that needed the extra hours - I've projects at the house that demanded my time, and could not move around too much to attend to them. She's been a gem, really.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

It's good that the swelling has subsided. It took almost a year for my dad's swelling to go down. Seems you are in good hands with your doctor. That really makes a difference.

Check this out if you haven’t seen this from Friday because we had a cloudy sky. It is the biggest moon of the year - called Perigee moon or super moon.
