I note I've slowed down by 80 percent on all projects at the house since wrenching my knee.

Thankfully, my p.a. needed extra hours, so she's been doing lots of other work here. No No, not that type o work..

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Her knees are at 100 percent. One of my knees - not so much..

My dad is now 85 and had a knee replacement 2 years ago. It took him over a year to get used to it. But rehab was the key to his recovery. I know you didn't have knee replacement but rehab is a big help and I hope your rehab is on schedule.
