It seems so obvious at times. Sometimes they even answer their own posts with a different account. Or they join the forum and immediately start posting in off topic without ever posting in another forum.

Happens in every forum I have ever belonged to. I still am smarting from the days of years ago when the most crude vile things were hurled my way.

For starters, make a few sock puppet accounts. If you don't want to do that, then go to the upper forums and congratulate anyone and everyone who gets approved for anything. Go to Introducing New Members and say Hello and Welcome to VJ and good luck on your journey. That will help somewhat. Randomly post silly emoticons wherever possible, and copy/paste insipid articles you pull off the net. Make obvious comments here and there in P&R and don't forget to post lots of clever pictures . AYOP in OT until you fill up 2 entire pages...and then some. That should get the job done.
