one last year to graduate, then i finally ( if it'll approve) embrace the doors of airports but i've already exhausted by school and all of economic terms, one year it passes blink of an eye, does it ?

It does only when you look back. Going through it can seem long and daunting. When I studied for and passed the CPA exams it took about 13 months and it was long and hard. Never studied so much in my life. But now that I look back it doesn't seem that it lasted that long.

Sent I-129 Application to VSC 2/1/12
NOA1 2/8/12
RFE 8/2/12
RFE reply 8/3/12
NOA2 8/16/12
NVC received 8/27/12
NVC left 8/29/12
Manila Embassy received 9/5/12
Visa appointment & approval 9/7/12
Arrived in US 10/5/2012
Married 11/24/2012
AOS application sent 12/19/12

AOS approved 8/24/13

This was awesome.....

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is.

Geez some people just can't handle the truth, or facts for that matter...devil.gif

You should have read the messages I got.. Not from the OP, but from 2 others.. They didn't even criticize me correctly, they accused me of telling the OP to read the directions. LMAO, I was telling THEM to read what it said.. as they were bickering about opinions instead of facts....

This is the 3rd time one particular person has berated me. I should forward her the tons of thanks I get every time I receive them... I think she mistakes the point that the best thing a person can do is find out and read for themselves so that there is no confusion. The onus is on the petitioner and beneficiary.

Maybe I should try spoon feeding Gerber baby food to them. Step 1, write your name in the blank.
