06/28/12 - NOA2 announced on status check.

06/29/12 - NVC received case learned on 07/2/12.

06/30/12 - Hard copy NOA2 received.

07/09/12 - NVC Casefile Number and IIN Issued.

07/16/12 - Receive and Sent DS-3032 via email.

07/17/12 - Mailed DS-3032 via mail, AOS bill received via email, paid online, Optin email sent.

07/18/12 - Optin accepted and new case number, AOS marked paid, emailed AOS packet.

07/24/12 - Assigned as Agent, IV Fee bill received via email, paid online.

07/25/12 - IV Fee marked paid, emailed IV packet.

07/31/12 - Emailed GZO Supplemental Packet 3.

08/02/12 - Case completed and commenced final review.

08/03/12 - Shipped all copies of forms/letters/documents to my wife - arriving on 8/9/12.

As I sit here posting, my wife approached me wearing high heels and g-strng. And nothing else. I politely said, not now honey, it's really important that I spend the next 8 hours on VJ. Someone may get more posts than I do and that would not be good.

Looks like you will be walking without intense pain by the end of the Summer :crying:. Wish you the best on re-learning to walk. That is got to take a focused mind set.

That's the plan, really. Today I left my crutches at home, on purpose. I acquired a new gait over the weeekend, and I was able to use it most of the day today. There's still a few things that trip me up - like a rise or slope in a path - I have to stop, figure out the geometry quickly, and figure out how to place the foot so I not topple over.

Stairs is Easy. Doors is Easy. I am remembering to strap on my knee brace when I clamber out of the bed in the mornings - it makes a world o difference. I refuse to install any poles or bars in the restroom -my singular thing to overcome is rising off the toilet without any pain or stress.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Seriously though - what's up with yer casefile? I sense some movement on yer casefile, soonish.

If my wife try to make me do dishes i tell her to ???.

Apply the Baby Oil right after the shower she's taking whilst yer doing the dishes,

and re-appear back in the kitchen wearing a sarong and a smile.

it is with an officer "pending review". im like omg! how long does the background check takes? last time a cbp officer did a background check on me returning to state took about 1 hour. my wife is in her early 20s and she doesn't have any criminal record.. here is the link to what database they use: http://www.uscis.gov/files/pressrelease/security_checks_42506.pdf i mean seriously a 3 database search on me and my wife takes 5 months? i am sure some processes can be automated to speed up. not to mention that vsc screw up on sending duplicate notice is just a tip of the ice berg that they screw up their operations somewhat badly.

its not like i have a top secret clearance w/ the government. i don't mind being james bond any day.
